Affordable massages were a highlight of my stay.

I had several frustrating issues during my visit. First, I paid for breakfast upon check-in but was unable to use it properly due to a lack of a ticket. As a result, I had to pay again. Additionally, I found the food prices to be outrageously high, especially when there are many local options available at a fraction of the cost. Finally, the cleaning service left much to be desired. my room wasn't cleaned on two consecutive days despite my requests.

Obscenely loud noise disrupting sleep!!! Must improve sound insulation for a more relaxing experience!!! Also, overly aggressive upselling tactics by staff can make guests uncomfortable, especially families with children!!!

The fresh local pastries from nearby vendors were a delightful surprise.

The shared bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, often having hair left in the showers.

The vibrant atmosphere is enjoyable, and the amenities like the pool and co-working space are nice touches. However, the noise at night can be disruptive, especially on weekends, and the service at the bar was a bit lacking when it came to drink availability.

We loved the central location and enjoyed a walking tour that showcased Granada's rich colonial heritage. It was perfect for our family getaway.

My kids wished there were more activities for younger guests. A better kids' program would really make this place stand out for families.

I absolutely loved the bright colors and colonial architecture throughout the hotel, creating such a vibrant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, assisting me with navigating the hotel and offering thoughtful suggestions for nearby activities. The breakfast offered freshly baked local pastries, which were a delightful surprise. However, I found some noise from parties at night could be disruptive.

Super comfortable mattress for a great night’s sleep.

the noise from the street was a bit annoying (especially in the morning! ). the staff was super helpful, the room had a great balcony, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

It was just a commendable fit for a swift stopover in Granada with great value. The food was decent but definitely on the pricey side! Bring your own snacks to save some cash.

The atmosphere here is simply enchanting! I loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool in the beautiful garden area, soaking in the sun. The free breakfast was such a treat, and the vibe—a wonderful mix of travelers—made every moment special!

Perfect for couples looking for a fine getaway

I gotta say, the staff were really attentive, they pretty much catered to all our requests, which made everything easier,,,, especially when we wanted to book some tours. The deluxe room was spacious with a nice balcony facing the main square, perfect for sipping coffee from nearby places like Gaia, oh the coffee was incredible.

It wasn't exactly cheap but considering the location, it was acceptable enough.
